Life Hit Hard — But the Music Never Stopped
Dear friends,
First and foremost, thank you for sticking with me.
I know it's been a while since my last newsletter. Truthfully, life threw some heavy punches my way—everything from power outages and a sewage water-flooded basement to the heartache of losing a few close friends. On top of that, my family’s been facing some health challenges that needed my time and presence.
I don’t say this as an excuse, but as a real-life moment I felt you deserved to know. As someone who believes in transparency and connection, I didn’t want to just pop back in like nothing happened. You all mean too much to me for that.
That said—the music never stopped.
I’ve been quietly and steadily working behind the scenes: writing, producing, rehearsing, and preparing for some amazing shows and upcoming releases. I’m grateful to finally be back in motion and have a lot of good news to share.
New Music is Coming In Hot
I’m thrilled to announce that NASH.V.ILL’s next single, “NASTY AF,” drops Monday, June 16th on all streaming platforms. It’s raw, powerful, and a reminder that we’re not here to play it safe. You’re gonna feel this one. The song earned its name for sure.
Limited-Edition Vinyl Collab for Barrel & Flow Fest
This summer, NASH.V.ILL and Pittsburgh rapper LivefromtheCity were selected for a limited-edition, vinyl-only release at the 2025 Barrel and Flow Festival! We wrote and recorded a high-energy anthem called “Another Round”, and it’ll be pressed alongside a slew of other dope collabs from top local talent.
This exclusive one-time vinyl drops in August and will be available at the festival and online—get yours before they're gone!
🎶 Catch us performing the song live on Thursday, August 7th aboard the Barrel & Float Boat Party on the Gateway Clipper. Then join us again at the festival itself on Saturday, August 9th.

🖤 Grateful for the Love: Black Artist Empowerment Grant
Earlier this year, I was honored to be selected for the Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council’s Black Artist Empowerment Grant. This support means the world to me—it’s helping fuel new projects and take my artistry to the next level. I’m humbled to be listed among so many brilliant regional creators.
